Count Eddainn chan Afalau

Type:Sidhe System:White Wolf's Changling: the Dreaming
Description
He is there, a beauty in form mortal and immortal (Seeming's Blessing, App 5+1:Alluring), looking about from his fair face, gracefully thin and smooth, from behind jaw-length light brown hair, with emerald eyes (Changeling Eyes). His humble clothing is still worn with his form to make him seem as royalty in an age of business, standing about 5'11" tall, thin but not unhealthily so. (fae) But his clothing becomes the sparkling weave of dreams and hopes in his fae mein. His ears extend to points, his white poet shirt woven moonbeams, and his darkened pantaloons the cool darkness of a woodland night. His walking boots are soft dreams of a mother's caress placed in a cloth from which a lover's dress was once made, darkened by passion.
History
Ethan Calqhoun by birth, Count Eddain chan Afalau is much older than he would, at first, appear. From the moment he entered the Chrysalis at age 13, he began aging much slower. At first, this was not much apparent, as he spent most of his time within the walls of his mentor's modest holding. However, once he began visiting the outside world once again, it was apparent that he had faerie blood. Not only were his eyes much different than anyone else's in the real world, three years as a thirteen-year-old convinced all that he was aging by his blood as well.
Eddainn was sponsored as a squire soon after his Chrysalis in the house of his mentor, Louis de Coeur of House Fiona (Henry Fontaine in mortal society). However, as a squire, he spent much more time trying to be noticed by the those of the fairer sex than in paying attention to his duties, which he came to regret. Such did his duties tire and dull him that to this day he detests his title as Count and attempts to have people forget that he is nobility.
Eddainn eventually made it to knighthood, after almost thirty years. At the time, he seemed to be yet only sixteen, and even had some Childling tendencies remaining. Once or twice in a forgotten time, he even delved secretly into his Unseelie side, which is when he had the six affairs with various types, mostly Sluagh, and four of them male. Of course, once he got any sexual favors from them, he left them until they did something to catch his fancy again. Soon, however, he bored of such substanceless activity and replaced all romance for studies in other hobbies. The first of these were culinary arts. Enrolling as one of the presumed youngest ever in his school, he eventually graduated from his culinary college, seemingly 18, having gone for 15 years.
Seeing as how the school was run mostly by Boggans, he fit right in, and he learned to like the social kith. Of course, once he left the college, it was his heart-bound duty to start a successful restaurant, which he owns still after 45 years, having passed it down to his "son", who is, in actuality, himself with another legal name. He actually lets himself be seen by his patronage, now, as well, and he has many positions open at any time for Changelings.
Eddainn recieved word approximately Christmas of the first year at his culinary school (in Brussels), that his mentor had died. This had not come as a shock as much as the fact that he had been left all of Louis' holdings. After all, he was Louis' worst ward. And yet, he understood, for it was Louis who had noted that Eddainn had become more like him than even his imitators. By the time he returned back to the Kingdom of Apples to his new holding, he had already made the status of Baron and was on his way to becoming a Count. Not seeking title was the one noble part that sped his ascent, as he just did his job, albeit to the very minimum. He spent more time inventing new culinary delights and spirits, however, than managing his freehold. However, he seemed to maintain it with more ease than anyone else, which is mostly due to his frequent recruitment of mortal dreamers into his hold for small whiles.
Eddainn regained his lust for companionship, and, as most Fiona, found his heart breaking in tragic ends to romance more often than not. To ease his pain, he would gather as many artists and other dreamers about him. A little more frquently than should be normal, he even had them enchanted to live longer in his holding, and even had romantic affairs with many of them, along with his own knights and closer commoners. Eddainn now seeks for a true companion, though it hasn't crossed his mind that he may be alone longer than he could bear...

So far, this is it... Come back for more soon.
